Streak Flow helps you create habits, track completions, set reminders, and sync your data. This policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in, Firebase Authentication may process your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and authentication provider information.
• Habit information: the habit names, descriptions, schedules, reminders, and completion progress you create.
• Activity data: if you choose to grant Health Connect access, Streak Flow reads your daily step total to show steps, estimated distance, calories, and progress toward your goal. This data stays on your device and is not sent to Firebase, advertisers, or other third parties by Streak Flow.
• Device and app information: information needed to deliver reminders, maintain the app, and prevent abuse.
• Advertising information: Google Mobile Ads may collect or use device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information to provide and measure ads, subject to Google’s policies and your device settings.

How we use information

We use your information to provide habit tracking, reminders, optional step tracking, sign-in, cloud sync, customer support, app security, and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and sharing

Your account and synced habit data are processed using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Advertising is provided through Google Mobile Ads. These providers process information to operate their services. We share data with them only as needed to provide the app, comply with law, or protect users and the service.

Your choices

You can use the app without creating an account where supported, manage notifications through your device settings, and control personalized advertising through your Android privacy and advertising settings. You may also request deletion of your account or synced data by contacting us.

Data retention and security

We retain synced data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Streak Flow is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to provide consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when we do.
